| A_1. Make sure you are properly logged in to the website. After you login with your ID and password, you should be able view a list of devices that are available for remote access, or a message indicating "No available device." A_2. Is the computer you want to remotely access properly running PCAny? If not, a message indicating "No available device" should be displaying. A_3. Is the shared computer connected to the internet? Make sure it is and check if you are able to access http://www.pcany.net. A_4. Is the shared computer turned on? Remote Access can only be done when the device is on. A_5. Check if the shared computer is not in safe mode or power saving mode. Such devices will not be displayed on the list of available devices. Please turn off these settings and try again. |
